Fantastic Rita! You're looking so happy in your photos, glad life is so good for you. Got a message that you ran into Ron Chapman (barber for half of the old Westside guys) at OD. He's a Westside staple. Can always catch up on the happenings when visiting the barbershop.

how do you people get these graphics put on here? quite a few pics of a once and future king of an '87 el camino, black in color with black stretch tonneau [sp?] cover; albeit now the clear coat is peeling off the top...making for a used car lot special! would bring it to the BBQ King affair, but can't remember the way. i DO remember the dairy queen place. just don't get on that town side much. plus, Miss Amanda works saturdays..very hard to get one off. so...since Mr. Parks doesn't care for me to talk about war stories anymore, not a whole lot for me to talk about, without her with me. but...all this sounds like a wonderful gathering of auld lang syne [sp], close friendship and the "bond" i hear often. the stuff dreams are made of. keep up the good work, it is rare indeed.

The West Meck Class of '67 is having a pool party on Saturday, April 26th.! I don't know if this will effect the Cruise-In turnout or not, but hopefully it will O.K., and some might be able to make both events.! This new posting board has been a pain in the ass to work with so far, and hoping it gets a little easier.!

Hughie, Hope the pool party doesn't deter anyone from visiting the BBQ King event. This date was coordinated so that the '67 reunion attendees might join us. As you mentioned, maybe some can attend both. Thanks for the heads up!

Homie: The West Meck class of '68 is also having an event that same weekend of April 26th, so it might end up being a windfall for everyone who enjoys reconnecting with old friends, classmates, and all of those who lost contact with each other over the years.! Just saying....!

Hughie, we might need to pick a site for a large turnout, like Char Mtr Spdwy.
The more the merrier! Hope we have a large turnout this spring!

Homie: Having a turnout that requires a large gathering place would be fabulous, and I'm hoping that will be the case.! Thanks for keeping me and everyone else current with this event.! Should be fun & interesting.!

Homie: Will be rolling down off the mountain to the big City, for the gathering at the BBQKING, with the little lady. The entire weekend is her's since it is her birthday on the 26th and she is a WMH class 1967 and will be rolling on to the Part that evening for their gathering. Look forward to seeing you and all the Harding & West westsiders. Wayne & Barbara
