For those of you who wish to make reservations at The Avista Resort, the link to do this online is now on our website. Go to www.hardingwestreunion.myevent.com and select Message Board on the left side of the page. Scroll down to Avista Reservations Online. Click that link to go to their online reservation service.
Remember, you must book a minimum of three nights to receive our reduced room rates. Those nights are Thursday, Friday and Saturday. You may also extend your stay up to three days before and/or three days after our reunion. We have a limited number of rooms allotted to us, so don't wait too long to act.
The deadline for reserving your room at our preferred rates is September 15th. As always, if you'd rather make your reservations by telephone, call 1-800-968-8986. Our group code # is 1876019. Have this number handy when reserving your room.
